Account Settings(for Broadcasters)

As a broadcaster, you can do a lot more on the settings page such as edit your profile, turn on chat, embed live player, upgrade your plan, change your password, and manage your notifications

Users can access the account setting page by following these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Go to https://waystream.io/
  • Step 2: Log in with the required login details
  • Step 3: Click on the image icon at the top right corner of the app and select account setting.

Edit Profile​

Users are allowed to edit their profiles on the edit profile page such as their channel name, channel description, channel URL e.t.c

Chat​

You can turn on and off your live chat on the chat page To turn on your chat click here

Live Player​

The live player allows a user to embed the URL of the stream on their website.

Plans & Billing​

The plan and billing features allow broadcasters to access more features such as Billing history, Billing settings, Payment methods, Adding cards for payment, and processing their monthly or yearly subscription to the platform

To access these features follow this process:

  • Log in to the waystream desktop platform
  • Click on settings on the Nav bar
  • Then click on the Plan & Billing features
